Meet one of our talented team members, Preeti Maan, cove.tool’s Software Team Lead.
We met up with Preeti to ask a few questions about her position at cove.tool, her thoughts about the company, and what keeps her busy outside of work.
1. How did you find out about cove.tool? What is your role here at cove.tool, and what's the best part of your job?
I found out about cove.tool via LinkedIn job postings. I am a Software Team Lead at cove.tool the best part of my job is working with different tools and seeing them all come together to provide an amazing solution to our users.
2. What are some things that are on your bucket list?
This year I want to explore a few new places and visit my friends more often. I also want to improve my skills and complete a painting project I am working on.
3. What's one thing that surprised you about working at cove.tool?
Its surprising how open the culture here at cove.tool is and how much your suggestions and opinions matter to the team and leadership. Also unlike many startups cove.tool emphasizes on work life balance and makes effort to reinforce it.
4. What's one cool trip you are planning/have planned, utilizing cove.tool's Flexible PTO Program?
I am planning a short visit to see some friends and have a video game and horror movie marathon soon. Might squeeze in a short trip to the city too.
5. What are your hobbies outside of cove.tool?
I am an avid music listener not constrained by a genre. I like to sketch and paint as a hobby. I also enjoy long walks as they are a great way to de-stress and unwind.
